Upload New Resource
look under the Configuration Menu and select Resources
You can upload a resource to your site and then use this resource within your templates or content.
A resource can be a file with any format.
The name of the file will stay the same so before you do the upload make sure that it is what you want it to be.
Use a resource in content
if you upload a resource that is called eg : mystuff.pdf then it will be stored at /upload/mystuff.pdf
if you would link to link to this file in your content then try ..
"text to link here...":/upload/mystuff.pdf
